Situated in the heart of Switzerland, the Swiss School of Violin Making in Brienz is a modern training place communicating traditional techniques and the use of innovative technologies. It is our vision to prepare young violin makers for their future challenges and to maintain and develop our traditional profession.

We say farewell to Simon Glaus. He has shaped the violin making school for 38 years and trained generations of violin makers. THANK YOU SIMON!!! WE WILL MISS YOU!!!
